Good Morning; After going to the office three times to collect a check, since there is no way to contact the office by phone, I find myself in a queue on the street waiting to resolve the situation and a sign is placed stating that for technical reasons cash operations are not allowed in the office. I do not know indicates when the incident will be resolved and consulted about it they indicate that the "technicians will pass". Online banking is very good, but there are operations that cannot be solved in this way and where dealing with the client should be more correct since we are clients who place our trust in their entity and for their part we only obtain obstacles and difficulties aimed at to exempt themselves from responsibility in their management towards their clients. Unacceptable.

I have left the office already several times frustrated and nervously lost. Haughty and arrogant staff. Just recognizing a mistake and apologizing for the damage would be enough to consider normal treatment. But no. It would be too humble. They make you feel belittled and humiliated under the banner of legality or "life is like that". Less legality and more morality.
