Simply make public the lack of professionalism of this entity, more directed to its director Patricia. I am building a house, they refer me from the port office of Sagunto (lovely the manager Iris) to the office of Paiporta, since it is located near the work and by company policy ... I communicate the urgency and that we have already 2 months with this, the operation is more than viable and asks me for more documentation - now I understand that the average to save time because they already had all the documentation sent from the other office. It has been about a month, I have called many times and I was always busy, but they told me to "call you as soon as the meeting is over", like that on many occasions. I choose to send emails and BINGO, he does not answer me either. I send the documentation to another entity and in less than two weeks they approve the operation. I still haven't received an apology call, not even an email. Let people know the ineptitude of this place, although I cannot say anything about the rest of the employees, and I only refer myself to the director (there is nothing, THE DIRECTOR). Caixa popular would have to take these things into account because it is a shame.

I have been a client for several years and I have to say that I am very happy with the treatment received. It is an office where the deal is close and professional. Both Lidia and Patricia are attentive, friendly and they solve everything quickly. Sergio, very professional, kind and decisive. It shows that it is an office where you care, where they serve you face to face without sending you to the cashier for everything. Where the staff is stable and does not change as in other places. Very wide schedule. They are fast and rarely there is a line I recommend 100% I love the new renovation of the premises.
