On July 7, my partner and I bought a dining room set, the seller rushed us to buy it claiming that if we would not have to wait until after August to receive the furniture, well, when transporting it to the store they will It fell and broke, they told us that we had to wait until mid-September to receive it and they left us the sample of the store without handles on the doors (if my boyfriend does not call they do not bring them) (see photos), for our Surprise, when the new furniture arrived, they had manufactured it 40cm shorter than what we paid for and the seller's response was that we had to wait or another 7-10 days to which I said that they had already exhausted my patience, that they would take them away and refund us. We have had to put up a complaint sheet because they refuse to do so, what's more, they have turned a deaf ear and have re-ordered it knowing that we no longer want them. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY, BE CAREFUL PLEASE !! WE HAVE PASSED AN AUTHENTIC CALVARY WITH THEM (AND WHAT WE HAVE LEFT ...), I HOPE THAT THIS WILL SERVE SOMEONE !!

Fatal!!!! I do not recommend! The service is very bad, when you buy they treat you well once you are paid and they don't even remember you ... and you are left alone with your problems ... very bad treatment !!!

The spectacular store, the very up-to-date furniture and quite in line with what was sought ... small snag to add, quite curious seller, it seems that he does not have much knowledge about the materials he offers, if you let him know that he is wrong, he gives you an attitude quite detached throughout the visit, being very sparing in dealing. Otherwise everything very well .

After we got married and with what we received as a gift we bought a dining room furniture, table and 4 chairs (plus 2 that the store gave us), a little more than € 3,000 we spent. Before long we noticed that the glass doors opened with the slightest touch, but our daughter was born and the furniture was forgotten. Seeing that the warranty was missing for a few months, I contacted the store and after many calls, photos and videos they sent me to a professional who explained that the furniture was badly assembled. The next thing was to try to get me to pay for the labor and when I refused because it was a bad set-up they started to give me lengths and they never fixed it. Now I have a dining room of € 3,000 held with zeal because it is dangerous for my girls. I hope this review helps it not happen to anyone else

They hurried us to pay and once paid as others say around here, you are nobody, give up education and professionalism to write and apply it to work, you will do much better.
