Very professional, good quality, reasonable price
mY ORDER NO WAS 814370 FOR A MATTRESS AND A BASE. i PLACED THIS ORDER 8 dECEMBER. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them. Their delivery company called but never gave me the time to answer the phone and only came with the merchandise today Dec 30th. I had paid for them to take away my old mattress but the delivery men said they had no record of this. I am hoping they will give me a refund and an apology so that I do not need to take further action.
The attention has been very good and they have incredible prices. I will continue to buy things for the house.
Very friendly and very efficient shop assistant. They did not have stock of the case I was looking for but they sent it to my home. recommendable
Order 902344 for upholstered base made on August 19, 2020 and September 18, 2020, has neither been delivered nor is it expected to be done soon. When placing the order, I put a delivery period of 11-13 days, a period that is more than exceeded and I also received an email to follow up on the order, which has not changed since the day I received it. I send a contact form to request info on September 9 and 10 they answer me to tell me that they will contact me. I'm still waiting. I call by phone and nobody is able to give me an answer, they give me the logistics phone number and nobody answers. What a joke! Unfortunately a nefarious service.
