Very bad after-sales service. I bought a youth bedroom, with a trundle bunk bed, at a high price (€ 3000 per bunk bed and study table), supposedly high-end. From the beginning, the board that hides the bed below does not close (it remains partially open) and in a few months the screws that join the board to the bed base are loosened until the wood is torn (I repeat, in a few months). I warned, they tightened the screws again but they loosen again, tearing the wood. I have contacted them and THEY STOPPED TO GIVE ME ANSWER. Today, I have finally found a private carpenter who has solved it for me with another mechanism (and of course I had to pay him out of pocket). In short, to collect everything very quickly, but when they had to show their faces, they gave me no solution and I had to fix it on my own. I will not buy there again.

We bought a leatherette sofa in which we invested 2400 euros in which we guaranteed that we would have no problems. Also at 2 years old, he started peeling a backing and we went to talk to them so they could prepare it and we had to pay it. A few months later, the entire sofa began to peel and crack, and after talking to them again, they did not want to give us any solution. They only fixed it for us if we paid again, excusing ourselves that the upholsterer did not take over when we bought the sofa from them. They offer a quality that they make you pay for and then they don't respond when there's a problem. We will never buy again.
