Do not buy in this store. I bought all the furniture in my house 8 years ago and the truth is that it was great. Today the quality of the service has dropped a lot ..., I bought 2 display cases on September 19 after waiting for the delivery date, they did not call me or contact me at any time, I have called 4 times and each time they give me long. First, it would take 15 more days, after the factory had guaranteed that on December 30, today January 15, they do not know how to tell me when it will arrive ... In the end I have decided to cancel the order and I do not advise buying in this store, they have lost a customer they had for years and I will not trust them again

Exceptional sales service (especially if Jorge attends you) and much better after-sales service. I had a noise problem with an Italian design bed (it creaked a lot when you went to bed), I called them a thousand times and they changed all the pieces until finally the noise was found. Currently, after having bought a bedroom a year and a half ago, I send an email to Jorge to tell me how to adjust some drawers that have become out of adjustment and he replies that the part is over for his technicians to regulate them. I have known them since when they were in Benetúser and they have always given exceptional service and a very good quality of furniture (nothing like IKEA). I advise them at 200%

They told us 35/40 days and it was almost 70. Finally after 70 days (November 16, 2020) they serve the bedroom with two tables missing. As of today they have not brought them yet and when I ask them to pay them to me because after more than four months I no longer want them they tell me that it is impossible and that they will serve them in the month of February (almost 6 months after having made the reservation). Paid and not received. The assemblers make you sign a sheet in which you agree to respect the COVID measures of their workers and instead their employees do not respect the COVID measures (NO MASK, NO GEL, ETC ...) I had to call the company while they were assembling the furniture to put the relevant complaint.
