Rascals seems to me little. Also this morning I called and they told me that the store no longer existed, no guarantees or anything, the furniture we bought has turned out to be worse than if I bought 4 sheets and pasted them. In short, some swindlers, thieves and rude when they attended us after making the purchase.

A very bad experience. They have behaved with little education. The products are terrible and are not responsible for anything. They do not give you any guarantee on the furniture. And on top it takes at least 2 months to bring you the order. I do not recommend them at all since the furniture is all very shabby sheet metal, the worst I have ever seen.

Horrible. Do not buy anything from this store. Poor quality and worst after-sales service. We bought a chaise longue sofa and a week after using it the guides for the removable cushions buckled and now every time you sit down it sounds like a sharp blow as if it were going to break. After contacting them by phone, whataspp and going in person to the store a couple of times, they ignore the problem and neither fix the defect nor return the amount, which is not little. One is thinking about finding something different and of quality but in the end it is a place to throw your money.
