Although they have a variety of sofas, on the one hand they are a bit expensive. On the other hand, online customer service is bad for customers, because they don't allow you to make a phone call. You have to send an email asking them to call you, after they remember to check the email, to call you, and you can stay all day to ask a single question. Those who are not clients have it more difficult to contact them since they do not pick up the phone and usually do not have the email to request a call.

We bought a sofa 5 days ago and we already have it at home. Manuel's attention has been excellent, both in the treatment and in the service received. Great professionals and 100% recommended !!.

Unlike the other negative comments, the attention received in person was good, but the sofa, I am not saying of poor quality, but with a defect. After two months, the opening mechanism scratched the floor, leaving marks on the new parquet (they can't be seen when the sofa is on top, but I can forget about redistributing the living room ...). And one of the two parts that opens, left the site. When discussing it with the store by phone and email (due to the pandemic) they were excuses, disbelief and trying to make us see that it was our fault, little less. They fixed it, making it clear that they were not going to charge us because they are very generous (excuse me? And what is the guarantee for?) And no half mention, no apology or anything at all about the parquet. To top it all, a month after fixing it, it leaves the site again. € 1300 of sofa that in 6 months is no longer as it should. And what is most annoying is that from the comments of the rest, it seems that I have simply had bad luck, some part is defective, but the easy thing is to say that it is due to misuse (only a baby at home, without children) that they do not have had no problem in 17 years.
