BEWARE of this store. I had thought of buying a headboard on the web, I read the return policy, if it came to you and you didn't like it, you get your money back. I go to the store to see the product, they did not have it so I could not see it. I ask them if it is the same to buy on the web as in the store. They tell me yes and that I am doing the local business a favor. A week later I am going to cancel the order, because I was no longer interested and ... SURPRISE without leaving the store the product, they tell me that they do not return my money because the store is different from the web. They deliberately tricked me into taking the commission in the store and did not tell me that they do not return the money in the physical store. In good faith I asked them to help the local business, and I find that. To top it off, I expose my problem on Facebook, and the community manager wrote me that he will look for a solution, and a week later since he does not answer me, I return to present my case so that everyone can read it on Facebook, and he arrives and blocks me so that do not make the complaint. I have never been treated this way in a store ... that's how they treat customers. You better not buy here, I present my case so that it does not happen to anyone.

Attention in NEFASTA billing. We asked for a name change on the bill and everything was yes, with no problems. Until they have charged us the 100% trundle bed, that they warn us that change is not possible. I will not buy anything here again.
