Very nice everything at first, but the moment they have you, they forget, they tell us 15 more or less for the delivery, more or less we have been a month and a bit, it is all I know, because they do not deign to answer the phone or landline, or mobile, they do not answer WhatsApp and that the "owner" attended to us, luckily they have the sofa being financed and they have begun to charge us without having it, excuses excuses and more excuses when you manage to contact them, scoundrels and little word, at least they could deign to call you to see how the status of your order is going, if it is going to be delayed, if not. An impressive lack of professionalism. I'm afraid that the sofa will reach me, after reading all the reviews, our fault for not informing us well of how the store is. Blessed Google. I do not recommend it at all, one thing that is nice to furnish your first home to your liking and that they have the facility to make you bitter as they do, very disappointed.

We are very burned. We went to Alfafar to buy a sofa. We gave € 500, badly done on our part. They told us that in a month it would be. It's been two months, we don't know anything, they don't call to give an explanation. They are irresponsible. We're calling the phone they gave us at the store and they never pick it up. Our son has stopped by and they gave him the excuse that if they are answering they cannot pick up the phone. It seems to me that they keep it in silence so as not to find out. We feel cheated and cheated. Don't go buy the sofa there. APPALLING

We ordered the sofa at the end of October, they told us that it could take a month and a half for this covid and it arrived on 12/16. The attention and the sofa very well. We were concerned about the bad reviews but the sofa has arrived on time and we are very happy.

Some total scammers, we order and PAY a custom sofa in their store in c / San Rafael de Gandia and neither sofa nor money nor anything !! They don't answer the phone and the store is TOTALLY EMPTY. I encourage everyone in our situation to join us in a joint lawsuit. Enough of scams and of them playing with our money. Find me on insta like noeDUE19

We bought a sofa on November 14 and they told us it would arrive before Christmas, yesterday the 15th it arrived and the sofa is very good. We saw all the reviews after we bought it and in our case we have to say that everything has gone great
