They have played a bad trick on us. When we had arranged to sign a deposit contract, it turns out that the house was already sold. Already being the mortgage in process. Whenever you discuss any issue with them, keep all records in writing. Unprofessional, without compromise. I keep telling you that we met on November 2 to make a deposit contract and when we called so you could tell us the time we had to go, you gave us the news that you had sold it ... that same day I went there to put up a claim form, and Your reaction was like you didn't know anything ... and of course you did, you also told us that we could go as many times as we wanted with architects to make us a budget ... you did one of the budgets ... but of course ... now that's bad ... well ... a lousy deal. You can use these messages wherever you want. I have already made my complaint where I had to make it. And here too, I am in my right, there will be favorable comments and others that are not. This is what reviews are for. Mine is not favorable because I have not received good treatment, and we have felt totally deceived on your part.
