Two years ago I bought a high-end mattress with a 10-year guarantee, after a year and a half it was already sinking in the center, when communicating the incident to the store it took three months to send a mattress dealer to take some photos, and a few days they tell me that they do not take charge. Not recommended company with products of dubious quality and pessimistic in solving incidents. The complaint is on the way.
