I made an online order, the page confirmed that they had stock of the product, accepted the payment and indicated 3 to 5 days for delivery. I called 8 days later to find out the status and they tell me that they do not have in stock, that they accepted the order, but they were going to serve it to me when the product arrived and they did not know when that was ... I would be quite kind of their Part of communicating to the customer that there was an error or that you are simply selling something that you DO NOT have and that you DO NOT know when you are going to be able to deliver it. I update. Two days after the incident they called me to apologize and fix the problem. In the end they were attentive and fast.

Worse than the negotiated one of a City council. After waiting half an hour in their store, they tell me that they have the store closed and that either ask on the web or a salesperson will call me. Anyway, with the one that is falling, they will know, I do not intend to work with them.
