I bought a sofa in this establishment ... when the two years were not yet over, the poly skin began to peel off ... we went to this sofa and the man seemed to treat us very kindly: we should not worry that although the skin is guaranteed year I was going to talk to the provider to ask us for a solution since it was not normal and it had already happened to more people (specifically 5 people told us) he asked us for the phone. A month passed and we received no response. We returned to the store and everything had changed. (That day we were alone, unlike the previous day, if there were customers) He had not remembered to send the mail, he sent it and told us that the only solution was to change our poly skin for a cloth and everything at our expense (previously his answer was that although the guarantee had already passed the factory he would be responsible for something safe !!) that we were in Valencia and that due to the humidity it was normal (my parents have had this type of sofa from other companies and this has never happened, in two years ??) and that it had only happened to two people ... but if you realize he no longer works with poly skin ... I no longer want any solution from this person anymore that we left there promising that we would be waiting for a response and immediately call us (just as the mail for the response is still to be opened) this has been over a month (in January we started with all this ..) but if we notify people who hope you have no problem with this character because you can already get an idea of ​​how it will be solved .. I am waiting to speak with the consumer office.
