Today, January 29, at approximately 11:10 am, I called the Consulate bell. I have not wanted to open because I had no appointment. A minute later I contacted by phone to request this appointment and they have told me that for what I want I must enter the website. My question is this: What is this Consulate for, if they don't want to receive you?
