My brother and sister-in-law were on holiday and without any warning my sister-in-law was rushed into hospital and diagnosed with advanced stages of cancer. Fortunately we spoke to Caroline at the Consulate. She immediately understood our situation and she went to work efficiently, sympathetically and professionally to make arrangements for a medical repatriation. She spoke to all parties involved and ensured they were all working together for a speedy resolution. At every stage she kept me fully informed. Thank you so much Caroline

Contacted them for repat services for a friend that needs to get back to the UK. She is jobless, homeless and spent her last money on a flight that has been cancelled 3 times. They said they wouldnt help as long as commercial flights are still available, then when our airport in Lanzarote was closed and commercial flights are not available they say tuff absolutely useless

Yesterday 2-5-2019 I went to make a query about the British Treasury that I understand is not your competence. They talked to me through an electronic doorman with a camera, they did not let me in, the young lady showed 0% empathy, I know that they are saturated with the Brexit and everything does not matter, but from there to treat us in Spanish territory ... I have lived , worked and studied for about 16 years in London, I paid taxes like all Christians and sincerely I felt despised and despised ... I know that all are not equal, I know that there are British who accept to be part of a world that has already changed where all we are equal and we owe respect ... conclusion: good luck when they have to go to the office of Luis morote, with luck they will open the door!
