My parents bought a sofa on December 30, 2019 and the only thing they have done since then is make excuses and delay. Since August we have not heard from them. We filed a consumer complaint at the City Hall, for which they were urged on two occasions for a friendly resolution and did not deign to answer. We are definitely going to process the claim for the amount by the court, which, since it is less than two thousand euros, has no costs. I encourage you to do the same, because this man has no shame.

Do not buy in this store, they are scoundrels, my parents have been waiting since January for a bed and a table, with the excuse of the covid they are dragging their feet, and now they are telling you that by January 18 they will be, (a year waiting for a table and a bed !!) that they are going to take vacations! They want to get their money back and forget about the furniture, but they don't want to give it back! That said, a pure shame!

(UPDATE) We ordered a closet 1 YEAR ago. We call and they keep giving us long, always with excuses and with a terrible attitude. After the covid they called us to "confirm that we were still alive" since we pay monthly, but nobody knows anything about the closet, they didn't even find our bill and we had to call several times. We are going to initiate a consumer claim because this is a scam.

Large variety of furniture room, hall and entrances, exhibition prices are very good. The kind, correct attention. They adapt furniture to your measurements, make delivery and assembly.

Terrible store. The treatment by the seller is aggressive (even if he wants to imply the contrary). We asked for a piece of furniture and it did not arrive ... longer and longer, after months and months we had to cancel, with problems etc. I do not recommend it, neither in terms of treatment, nor in terms of quality-price, nor in terms of professionalism. IT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.
