Excellent service
They are SINS, I went to cash a check for € 400, the girl at the bank made a mistake and put € 40 in my account, 3 weeks have passed and THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK, I can't EAT because of these people, It seems incredible that in the situation we are in right now, they do this, they are not ashamed!
They never answer the phone, just a recording saying that they will call you but they never call you, that little professionalism.
The person who opens the basic accounts is a disaster, he leaves the bank while he attends you, he talks to his friends on the phone and also takes a long time to do the process.
Of the worst banks and possible experiences.
Outdated protection methods that only prove how rudimentary your system is. Unclear information, massive delay queues and inefficient attention. I don't see any advantage over the competition, and if you have the opportunity choose another bank. And if you are under obligation, which is safe, change as soon as you can.
