I was going by appointment and there were only two people ahead of me, the deal I had with the civil guard at the door and the one who was in charge of seeing the appointments and checking the coins was very good. You could see that the person in charge had a passion for what he did as well as asked us how was the experience of taking an appointment given that there were excessive people without appointments ... Later, when I was about to be treated, they changed shifts and a young man with a lack of education took his place and went to me so that I could pull up the mask that I had taken off. The civil guard who also changed his shift who started talking to the cleaning girl, from the queue outside that they were going to be left unattended without even bothering to notify them that it was a waste of time to be without appointment since they were not going to be cared for, did the opposite to mock the situation. Then once inside there were only two people attending and a very formal treatment not very friendly, they stuck to their work with a treatment of little desire, although it was 10 in the morning ... As for the place to be the bank of Spain, it looks very neglected ... As for seeing things very deteriorated, they only keep the good facade on the outside.
