I bought a 150X200 cm mattress and an upholstered base that was on display on 12/30/2019, and the shopping experience was terrible, I paid for everything (serious mistake). They served me on 02/24/2020, they managed to pressurize the mattress, but since the upholstered base is rigid and they could not raise it because it weighs a lot, they left it at the entrance, the carrier called them to say that it did not fit. The same day I called to say that the mattress they had brought me was not what I asked for, since I asked for a soft mattress, which was soft and they brought me an extra firm one on which it is impossible for me to sleep. I ask that they change it, the upholstered base told me that they would take it with them when they brought the other mattress so that the delivery man could take advantage of the trip. After many exchanges of WhatsApp messages and calls, 20 days passed and then the confinement situation arrived. When the confinement ended, I contacted them again, hoping that they would bring me my mattress, I told them that I had things getting in the way without being able to use anything, and they didn't give me a solution. On 06/25/2020 they tell me that the mattress will be in 10 or 15 days. All this time back sleeping on a 90's mattress that I had because I threw the old one when they were going to bring me the new one the first time (02/24/2020). We are on 08/12/2020 and they have not communicated with me, it is evident that they had no intention of changing anything, much less returning (returning the upholstered base that does not fit, which was for exhibition and has not meant making any order for me and therefore no expense). I do not recommend buying dream mattresses in Alicante. You ask for one thing, they serve you whatever they want, and you don't have any option of exchange or return. They should at least inform clients of this. I give them a star because it does not let me put them in the negative. Horrible shopping experience, a lot of anxiety about the situation, that you can save if you buy in a store that really gives you guarantees.

I bought 2 mattresses here and both have come out very good in both quality and price, especially when compared to the big chains.

We made the mistake of buying two mattresses in January of this year 2019 (in the Benalúa store, they sent us there from the store they have in Av. De Alcoy, which is where we were originally). The day after receiving them, we called them because one was short and defective. Since then, we have called them several times and have treated us a few times in better tone than in others. The fact is that we have been fighting all this time and today June 9, 2019, months after buying them, we have not changed the defective mattress. It is evident, long ago, that it was never in his plans to change it. In our case, it no longer has an arrangement. We can not be more sorry for buying them there. I write the review in case it serves someone and you can avoid the disgust and loss of time and money. In Alicante, fortunately, there are mattresses in heaps.
