The emergency is very, very bad here. I came here today and I had a fever. I waited for 2 hours while it was quiet and they did not treat me well. I do not recommend it at all.

I pay very high price for my insurance and I have an appointment with otorino in two days. I asked in advance for an interpreter but they said that they don’t have one. From non of the languages, not even English. How you can call it “international” clinic? I have to break my head and explain in Spanish what is wrong with me? Not really convenient, sorry.

Husband being treated well by staff. Just a couple of problems, they put his food on dressing table, he cant get out of bed and he struggles to feed himself so not only can he not reach his food he cant eat it without help, i cannot be here 24 hours a day. Lady on reception is another issue, went to get a remote for the tv, paid my 10€. I am English but can say a little in Spanish. She gave me the remote then said , this does not work in England, only in Spain. I felt quite angry, how dare she assume I am going to steal it and take it to UK, i actually live in Spain, have my green card, driving licence etc. Does this hospital have Wifi? No signs up so not sure.

Large modern hospital with patient views across the sea or the castle. Interpreters provided if needed, very friendly nurses and well qualified doctors who care. Only problem is there is no public car park so allow plenty of time to find a space on the street, it can take many laps before you get one.

Me and my wife are on vacation in Spain and had a bit of an emergency and needed to get a simple blood test to make sure her hcg levels were decreasing if not she could be at risk for an ectopic pregnancy which could result to be life threatening. We came into the hospital and the front desk lady was very nice and she sent us straight to urgent care. Unfortunately the lady who was working the front desk apparently didn't like the fact that we were American. We kindly asked if she spoke English and she rudely replied no so my wife asked as best as she could if she would talk to her obgyn who spoke Spanish . She ignored my wife's question and asked if we had insurance. We handed her the phone anyways and she talked to her but didn't even bother to listen to my wife's obgyn and when her mother arrived who does speak Spanish she quickly hung up the phone on the Doctor and proceeded to have an attitude with my mother in law telling her we would have to go through the whole process of seeing another doctor and do all the tests from scratch and it doesn't matter what your doctor says in Miami. My mother in-law asked if there was any clinic near by that would do just s blood test and the front desk lady replied with an attitude that she doesn't know and that they don't do that here. This is mine and my wife's first time in this country and its not about if we're Americans or not, but her life could be at risk and this hospital has a woman that would rather let her pride and prejudice get in the way of another humans life. This is ridiculous and unacceptable as a hospital and especially a hospital employees that repents the hospital. She is the first person you see when you walk into the urgent care and she is far from caring. Her demeanor was rude, cold, and unwelcoming the total opposite of what a hospital represents. To treat someone without any care, concern or even dignity is lack of human morals and disgraces what a hospital is supposed to represent. This is not a hospital nor would I call this woman a human for she lacks the basic emotion of a human which is compassion for any human being.
