If they attend you in person, the reception managers are not very pleasant and attentive. Everything is always the patient's fault, they are perfect. Now, if you get them to pick up the phone, things improve at times, even more unpleasant, arrogance and arrogance to the fullest. Too bad that many times there is no option to go to another place, that's what they use, that you have to die there because it is a serious health issue. I put a star for not being able to put less 3. Shameful. € 220 that we pay for 4 people, we call to make an appointment for my wife and my son and they tell me that the doctors are on vacation and until mid-September they do not treat me !!!!!!!!! Really? It is an absolute shame. Not only am I going to leave Asisa but I am going to talk about the bad service they give. They have kept € 220 less, do not contract with them. For this I am going to social security.

I'm calling you to make an appointment, I'm already on the fifth call because after 5 minutes of being on hold, YOU HANG UP THE CALL. This is a shame. That I have to do? Should I go to the door of the center to call to see if there is at least someone with the phone? (From what I have read, there is no one answering) IN WHAT I WRITE THIS YOU HAVE HANG UP THE CALL AGAIN AFTER 5 MINUTES STANDBY. I've been going to Asisa my whole life but without an appointment and had no complaints, but this is a shame. Honestly, I don't mind waiting an hour to make an appointment because it's a health issue BUT JOOOODER, you hang up the call at 5 minutes and a few seconds ... It seems that you are ripping us off

They NEVER pick up the phone !!!!!! I'VE BEEN CALLING FROM THE OPENING UNTIL 2 PM WHAT ARE NOW ... LITERAL! They do not give the option to take an appointment online or email or ANYTHING And with the times ... a little innovation does not go bad A SHAME
