In June 2020 we made a move with this company and hired a furniture guard for part of the furniture, to begin with when the furniture arrived, one of them arrived with the split and scratched corner, we effectively called the company and sent a photo of how the furniture arrived It was made of solid wood from "Rovira and Muñoz" and they told me that they took over but that they took it away and restored it themselves, when they brought it to me it was a real mess but I let it be (big mistake) and they did not fix the scratch that They caused them to have moved the furniture without any care since they put more furniture on it without protection, in September we called to communicate that we were removing the furniture, and that is when they tell me, and not in the hiring, that they would charge me two months if I wanted to get my furniture or that they made me move for which they charged me 280 e approx for taking it less than a kilometer !!! Obviously we did not want to be moved after the experience, if we did not pay the two extra months we could not take the furniture. I check emails to see if when I requested the budget it put this requirement and did NOT specify it, in fact it specified that it was only charged for the tickets during the duration of the rental since it was not a storage room but a furniture guard, that is, if it did not do use of entering for something would not charge ANYTHING. After this we decided to pay the two months that they requested and we asked for the contract and what was our surprise that IT DID NOT SPECIFY ANYTHING ABOUT SUCH CHARGE. The company's response was: "If we had to put everything ..... but that was like that, period" Let's see, of course they have to specify it! But if you don't pay, they don't give you the furniture. We request a claim form and record consumption and the company's response has been that THEY DO NOT RETURN US ANYTHING. Well I think they are wrong, we will go ahead with the claim as it is a scam and we will not tolerate it.
