In October 2019 we went to buy a sofa. Finally we decided on one advised by the value for money. After just 2 weeks of use we went to the store to inform them that the seats were defective since when you sat down you were totally sunk in them. The solution they gave us was to change a sponge of the three seats that it carries for a new one, which they would ask the factory. After about 2 months they called us from the store to tell us that the order had been misplaced and that they would ask for it again. On April 29 I called to inquire about the order and after saying that the next day they were going to call me to tell me if they had received it, to this day we are still waiting with a "new" and defective sofa since October.
