Had my kitchen updated by Cocina Facil in Denia. The lady was a great help and got everything set up well. HOWEVER, the Work Top installer marked up our wall and broke a wooded piece of our brand new wooden kitchen table. Accidents can happen, but it was the attitude of the installer that really made this a very bad experience. Instead of fixing what they messed up they told me over and over that there was no way tat THEY messed up the table. Making several phone calls to the installer and their boss made the whole experience even worse. So sad that the attitude of the people responsible was such a let down, otherwise I would have given 5 starts.

An exceptional treatment, I have been working with them for more than 10 years and everything is always perfect. If there was ever an incident, they have always known how to find a solution quickly and efficiently. 100% recommendable. Professional people, with experience and always ready to help. Terrible quality and warranty; the kitchen barely lasted the 2-year warranty, and in a kitchen with little use. All the sheet that covers the doors completely detached and the hydraulic bars of the doors completely unusable ..... The best of all is that the warranty service they offered me was to replace the doors and pneumatic bars, that yes they charged me more than when they put them on me !!! Ole with the quality and the guarantee of CocinaFácil. NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
