Really bad experience in emergency department 1) no social distancing at the waiting area 2) “Doctor” was screaming at the me as a patient, which is absolutely not appropriate behaviour. 3) The nurse put the needle in my vein & than has forgotten to put the dropper. After coming back in 1 hour finally she put the dropper, but didn’t manage to open it, so the liquid was not coming out. Again after one more hour the nurse came back & finally opened it. People with this style of treatment can not work in the hospitals.

I have been going to Hospital Rosario for 2 years and unfortunately, I am less than impressed with the quality of care. My appointments are very rarely on time and I never receive any type of notification or apology that there is a delay. Regarding women's health, I am from the United States and I am quire surprised at the lack of modesty as there is no draping or privacy when undressing for an exam (this seems to be the standard in Europe?). I also had a provider wearing gloves while typing on the computer and then used the same gloves to do an internal exam (9/18/2020). In the past, I have had to use urgent care and was treated with little compassion by the providing doctor. Perhaps the doctors at Hospital Rosario are overworked as there seems to be very little compassion among staff. On another occasion, I requested to have my medical records so I could send them to my health care team in the US, only to have the doctor get extremely anxious and then did not want to treat me in the future. When I finally did receive my health care records (on a CD - which is difficult to use as there are not many computers with CD ROMS) it was nearly blank! This was quite shocking to me as I was frequently going to Hospital Rosario for a chronic health issue. I have had some positive experiences here but i just feel that overall there are MANY ways this hospital can improve to give a higher standard of care for their patients. I have no choice but to continue coming to this hospital and I truly hope their care improves. Llevo 2 años yendo al Hospital Rosario y, lamentablemente, no estoy nada impresionado con la calidad de la atención. Mis citas rara vez son puntuales y nunca recibo ningún tipo de notificación o disculpa por un retraso. En cuanto a la salud de la mujer, soy de Estados Unidos y me sorprende bastante la falta de modestia, ya que no hay cortinas ni privacidad al desvestirme para un examen (¿este parece ser el estándar en Europa?). También tuve un proveedor que usaba guantes mientras escribía en la computadora y luego usé los mismos guantes para hacer un examen interno (18/9/2020). En el pasado, tuve que usar atención de urgencia y el médico que me brindó me trató con poca compasión. Quizás los médicos del Hospital Rosario están sobrecargados de trabajo ya que parece haber muy poca compasión entre el personal. En otra ocasión, solicité tener mis registros médicos para poder enviarlos a mi equipo de atención médica en los EE. UU., Solo para que el médico se pusiera extremadamente ansioso y luego no quisiera tratarme en el futuro. Cuando finalmente recibí mis registros de atención médica (en un CD, que es difícil de usar ya que no hay muchas computadoras con CD ROM), ¡estaba casi en blanco! Esto fue bastante impactante para mí, ya que iba con frecuencia al Hospital Rosario por un problema de salud crónico. He tenido algunas experiencias positivas aquí, pero siento que, en general, hay MUCHAS formas en que este hospital puede mejorar para brindar un mayor nivel de atención a sus pacientes. No tengo más remedio que seguir viniendo a este hospital y realmente espero que mejore su atención.

My grandson Riley 4 yesrs old was admitted friday 23rd june with head injury and broken arm the staff at this hospital were absolutly fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them.my daughter and boyfriend were also well looked after for the 2 nights Riley was in the hospital i wish to thank all of them deeply and cannot thank them enough.
