90 days for my new passport and I still do not have it, terrible administration that we have as a consulate ... Being something so important for Paraguayans living here in Barcelona or Spain in general and they do not carry out the procedures more quickly, I do not want to imagine if Someone has to do something more complicated than a simple passport application, I am totally unhappy ... And after my whining ... I am still waiting for my passport ...
Although it has been a somewhat complicated process due to the current situation, nevertheless I found solutions, such as virtual processing due to the confinement and restrictions, the responses to my emails although sometimes they took time, my visit was short only to remove my documentation, but the treatment was very friendly, and the process was super fast, the consulate is in a very nice place, very accessible, about 12 blocks from Sants Station, for Paraguayans who do not live in Barcelona . It was a very pleasant visit, as a suggestion it would be very useful, that they improve the page and the communication service via WhatsApp, but in general very friendly and efficient.
