Fatal. We bought a dining room piece of furniture, which came off the wall a few months after we installed it. They made us go back to the store, promising us that they would change our furniture. They didn’t have it anymore, so we had to pick another one. It’s been three months and we haven’t seen the furniture yet. On top of that, when we call to complain, the people in the store answer us by removing iron and telling us that we have to be patient, as if it were normal to be three months with the furniture (which is not even a year old) taken off.

The dining room furniture we bought at the Oportunissimo store in La Senia came off on its own a few months after we bought it. Three months have passed and they have not yet solved the problem for us, although they promised to change our furniture. When we call they get over us. Poor quality and very poor service.

They sold me a sofa 4 years ago and I am delighted with it, it still has the hardness and I use it a lot, today I will stop by that store again to buy another one like that for another home, I think that when someone sells a good product you also have to recognize it ............
