Design and poor quality, and they never agree with the customer, even if they are right, they get very cool and spend everything

At first it was great, but when a few months passed after I had bought the chair it started to feel uncomfortable and digging the woods into my back, making the sitting unbearable. We contacted the store where we bought it, because it was not normal that in so few months it would be so bad. The person who attended us told us that someone was going to come, but nobody went to pick up or look at the chair, it took a few more calls and another two weeks of discomfort for someone to look at him. At that time, he confirmed that the chair was defective and that he did not like anything with what conditions it was, since it had seams, zippers and broken fabrics. So, he asked for new fillers to fix the problem a bit. When he came to change them, the foams were yellow (as if they were old). After a few days after putting the foams on, the chair has been disassembled and zippers are broken. And we still don't know what they are going to do, since they told us they were going to fix it.
