Terrible treatment, I have gone with two children, one of them a 28-month-old baby, to a consultation with both for an ENT, we had the appointment at 8:00 p.m., we arrived at 7:50 p.m., they called us at 8:00 p.m. 45, there are two children and I all the time with a mask, well the little one starts to get tired and I decide that if we start playing see-saw, he will be somewhat calmer and more entertaining, the little one raised his voice, he is still learning, ( we were sitting next to consultation 2, which was the one we had to enter) and the doctor of consultation 4, Francisco Espinosa, joking from his consultation to lower their voice, the older barely said anything, and again Mr. Francisco comes out Espinosa, asking them to be quiet, in a way that was not empathic with the children, and even so, he went to the counter to tell the girls from Customer Service, that how much was left for the children because they were giving him the afternoon, the Customer Service girl and she can think of nothing else, than to make us leave a large waiting room It was a bright room, without any patient, to take us to the end of a dark corridor where personnel were passing, because Mr. Francisco Espinosa couldn't bear to hear some children speak, but I did have to put up with hearing him from his office and his rudeness towards my children from the counter, without stopping to think all the time we had been waiting, that both children were wearing their masks, etc ... or even because those children needed to talk.
