The worst pushy and ill-mannered transport agency was a home delivery and I had to go pick me up they have me on the street for 25 minutes having a cold of ...... and when it is my turn I almost have to look for the package and still on top of it badly faced and it seems that the favor is being done to you

Because of my work, I am a user of many Nacex delegations and other carriers although to a lesser extent, but this is by far the worst I had to carry a very heavy and bulky material, the only thing they told me was that I would not leave the packaging there, or If we help you load, put the van in nothing only that I would not leave something there without asking or I would think of it, if you can choose agency or transport think about it

I can only rate one of the delivery guys positively, friendliness and extreme efficiency. However, in the office they are quite dull and edgy. Right now due to Covid they only let one person in at a time, which I think is great. However when you enter you find 2 workers without masks behind the counter. They also ask you to close the door well ... all very logical ...

Change package for size, change one for another, they did not tell me that I had to deliver it packaged, a bag was not worth them and the driver they have will be very good but it is not worth explaining a pouting, after leaving a comment on the application for not giving it to me because it is not packaged, his boss calls me saying why is that apathetic and others to his driver, which also tells me that it will not be delivered, that they do not plan to deliver it to me, calm I already spoke with the company and you will deliver it if or if but I imagine that you will be left without this client to whom you distribute. You got a hard bone with good friends in consumption tomorrow the complaint will come from them. A greeting and I hope you close by inept.
