A shame, they do not pick up the phone, they leave you on constant wait, and on top of that they lie to you with the dates, they say that they have come and that they do not have your contact telephone number (it would be the first time this has happened in a transport company) and They asked for the address and nobody knew anything ... I am at home all day waiting for the package and in the follow-up it makes an impact, when they have not even bothered to call. They only give problems to the customer, I get to know it and I do not buy in the store that has hired this company ... Thank goodness they are not urgent items that if not ... Very unhappy

We can die waiting for the package, because they do not come to bring it, they send you SMS saying that they have passed and you were not being a lie and you call the office and like the one who calls Saturn, a hundred calls and they do not answer you. I will not use this company again.

Professionalism and treatment with lousy customers, the phone costs several calls to be answered, when you meet to pick up the package at the office they have it delivered, etc ... explanations and apologies 0.

So far all the orders that have come to me through them, very well, they always call before going over or when they are on the portal and the phone does not work. They are very friendly, polite and professional. So far the only company of courier that I have no complaints about.
