The attention and advice when buying was good. The problem has been that they offer you a guarantee of many years but it has been four years and the viscolastic has sunk almost 3 cm (the guarantee covers 4 cm) and I find that I wasted 1728 euros and does not rest well. Now what if the tapiflex, what if the mattress is four years old, etc. If I know this, I buy a cheaper mattress and change it after four years, which is what I had to do 940 euros for a brand-name mattress with similar characteristics.
