As a natural person, I have been a BBVA customer for more than 25 years. For 1 year, customer service, cashier and organization is a case.
There has been a significant loss of agility and operations. There is little or no awareness of user service.
With the company I work with the Banco de Sabadell and Bancaixa, I am not considering transferring the operations to this Bank.
Incompetent and lousy professionals. I was a client of yours, I applied for a mortgage 8 months ago and I'm still waiting for the answer. A lot of talk about digitization, but they could start by answering the phone. They lost a customer forever.
Beware of people who are not clients, they discriminate against you and literally invite you to leave, it is a shame the humiliating treatment, becoming a client of this bank is going to be no, next time I ask for the complaint form and of course I will pay them the chicken, so they are going to forbid me from entering that bank.
Unfortunate the service they offer. Only charge commissions, do not pick up the phone and solve zero problems. Very bad service
nobody picks up the phone.
