I GIVE THEM A 0! NEFASTA CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a sofa more than 2 months ago. He had been asking for information about the status of the order for more than 3 weeks, which was due to arrive before Christmas. Two different people have treated me and both have promised to give me an answer as soon as possible, to date I have not received any answer. The answer they always give me is that they don't know anything about the status of the order, they are all excuses ... The seller, Teresa, told us that the chosen fabric would not arrive before Christmas so we had to change the fabric to ensure its delivery on time. In the end we have not received neither the sofa nor an answer nor information nor anything. The worst consequence, the opening of the business is delayed.

We were at the Carrefour store on Tuesday and they treated us super well: A lot of sofa models and mattresses, the very nice and professional clerk, they brought us everything yesterday, and the fitters were also very kind and careful. At home sofas look more. A success

When I read some opinions, it seems to me that they are talking about another store. My experience has been frankly unbeatable, we bought them everything: sofa, armchairs, mattresses and couches. They gave us all the pillows, which they brought with the beds, and we are paying everything in installments at no extra charge. I can only say positive things.

We have been with this 4 times, and we have never had any problem; TERESA has always attended us, although we have seen more people working with her. In several years, we have bought everything: Sofa, Mattresses, couches, and last week a Danish armchair with engines -KNUDSEN-. I suppose that, as in so many places, it will depend on who attends you, but I recommend 100%, because, apart from that, what we have bought has always turned out well, and they have always responded.
