I called 2 weeks ago to have a door fixed for me and they said they would call me during the week. When they didn't call me after 7 days, I decided to call them again, but this time they told me not to worry that between that day and the next they would call me without fail. I waited 3 days to call, to which they replied that during the week they would call me. So I tell her that I don't have to call another site but I'll put my experience on google and she replies that I'm very nice.
Bad experience, they made me a custom wardrobe a few years ago, a wheel of the sliding doors has broken and they do not solve the problem, just to tell you that the supplier of those wheels has closed, they are so wide, without any intention of solve the problem for you and give you any solution, I will never buy anything else from them, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
