The treatment of clients is painful. They don't pick up the phone and they don't answer emails.
About three-quarter of an hour waiting for information to be told to me and in the end I had to leave without receiving it
I manage everything online and only come once a year in person to carry out some management. The waiting times are hellish. It appears to be managed by officials.
The cash dispenser in the box is broken and they don't give money until the technician comes tomorrow. They have no other contingency plan than to send me to Torrejón to collect a check. And on top of supporting their indolence.
I will have to find another bank where they know how to treat the client, since the one I received from the one who was put in the box, was deplorable.
You can phone with the branch and even if they have it empty of customers, they won't bother picking up the phone. Checked!
