Inefficient staff like themselves, rude and try to help me to get a new visa card and pay and give to speak to the manager to help me get money out of the ATM. If I could not rate it with a star it would be great is a lot for the treatment I received.

I have gone to deposit money and the cashier indicated that I have to do it only for the cashier, I told him that he does not leave me because of an income limit and if he could do it for me at the cashier, he told me that they do not work with money because of the issue of the virus.

We have finished closing the account. That is our summary and conclusion. Very bad attention. Commissions for everything and high. As you keep the account open without money you get commission costs and others like mushrooms. Difficulty canceling some insurance. A month before we left they charged us for insurance that we had not contracted. They could not demonstrate their contract because they could not show us the signed contract. In the end we have paid for it in order to run away as soon as possible. Still, they won't let us close the account for another month !!!!! Quite a nightmare.
