If you want to go to a bank branch where they ignore you, do not lift a finger to manage a task that corresponds to them, and that the director treat you with arrogance and bad manners, do not doubt this is your branch. The manager dodges all work other than having a coffee and leaves the clients totally stranded. A shame.
They don't pick up the phone. Impossible to contact them.
This office is undoubtedly the one that deals the worst and the slowest as a result.
The treatment given by the director is very rude to me, I would rate it as arrogant or cuddly scratching the rude. I also agree with other clients that there are many obstacles if you do not go in person and that in general the treatment is dry. Nothing to do with the treatment given to clients under the responsibility of previous directors.
This office works if you do it in person. If you are out of Alcala and need any information or management, they never answer the phone. I will change offices urgently.
