Most of the operations are carried out through the Bankia website, but when I have had to go to the office, I have found excellent professionals, very close treatment and personalized advice.
I have no complaint from the staff because within the company regulations that are imposed on them, they do what is in their power. But at the technological level, ATMs leave a lot to be desired. The only one where income and payments can be made often does not allow this feature. Another day, he broke a ticket when he went to enter it. And yesterday, I went to withdraw money and he did not withdraw it, he deducted it from my account and kept it. Really, with the money that Bankia has, and with the ransom money that it does not intend to return, in addition to the cut in human resources and the closing of offices, it could already at least modernize and change the ATMs for ones that give less problems, seriously. Although I know this will fall on deaf ears ...
