Incredible discontent with this bank and more with the director Sergio. He just closed the account months ago, but Sergio does not want to delete my data. I am still registered with this bank in bizum, but my checking account etc. has already been closed for a long time. Sergio's answer is that he can not do anything, but I already have to change my phone number thanks because he does not want to delete my data.
How horrible customer service and how horrible this bank.
It is my life-long bank, the attention was always very good, but it will be a year or so, from bad to worse. Not by the managers, mostly very attentive, but by telephone attention. There is no way to contact the branch in any way. The good thing I had was the personalized attention and now it is nonexistent.
Not recommended manager Sergio Ocaña (I think k tb is the durector and a full) the worst bad late and never !! I do not recommend it at all
Excellent attention, especially Loli. Good customer service and predisposition to solve problems. Its director Sergio is very professional and is personally involved in the problems.
