They are scoundrels. My wife is being charged for the costs of maintaining the account because she has not been charged by SEPE and is constantly making trouble. These are the banks that care about their clients.

This branch is not up to the Bankia entity. I have been a client for over thirty years since when I was a Savings Bank, and I have never received worse treatment and contempt for their staff, especially their commercial.
