Every time I come to the branch to perform some operation any problems are taken from the manga ... the last I do not leave payment of a tax've been doing years and always in the same way ... there is nothing more anger me to waste time by incompetent people who can not do their job.

He did the operation with great difficulty and, to top it off, he misprinted the receipt and the numbers were mounted so that it was illegible. Afterwards, we asked him a DOUBT about the operation and he had no idea he even told us that "he washed his hands!" I think there are better ways of saying things and if you are 'supposedly' an administrative worker, you should know, right? Then we called by phone to clarify the doubt that HE did not want to solve it for us and the one at the window attended another client, leaving us the operation in half and on top of the uncle very very edge. In the end we returned home with incredible helplessness and without knowing if our operation was well done or because of incompetent people like these it had not been carried out correctly. I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR WORKERS BETTER BECAUSE IT IS A SHAME! I put a star because I can't put less. I do not know if this review will help or not, but I hope that the embarrassing situation that I experienced yesterday will not repeat itself.
