Budget increased by 500 euros in the delivery phase. They wanted to charge Packaging extra cost of 600Euros. The merchandise arrived damaged and we have been in claims for a year. This company, Junior-Forwarding, is making us dizzy with insurers and shipping companies, instead of taking responsibility, reimbursing us for the money we have spent to fix the furniture and to deal with the insurance afterwards. 1 year and they are still making us dizzy looking for cheap excuses. Regarding your totally INVENTED answer: The packaging was perfect, now, they were not in a metal box to protect themselves from the barbarities that the furniture has suffered with its transportation ... they still refer to that. Perhaps with your company it is different from the others and you need a vault. THEY HAVE WASHED THE HANDS, they do not assume any responsibility at all. They just repeat the karma: it depends on the insurance. How safe? They have not provided us with the contact of such insurance. JUNIOR FREIGHT FORWARDING, the most complicated, expensive, and with unpleasant surprises. Completely useless complaints service. Very frustrating. I do not recommend stopping anything.
