We made the move with them at the beginning of the year, and I asked for a contract since I needed it for the job. Well, they charged me the VAT and they never sent me the contract no matter how much I asked for it. At work I needed it to justify the days for moving, and by not delivering it they deducted those days. The move itself went very well, the guys were careful and they did it quite quickly, but I do not recommend it and I will not repeat with them in the future.
