Company of course lousy and also some without shame. It turns out that we have been waiting for a package since December 2 (it is not enough that you have to be at home all day to wait for it since they do not give a time slot) but on top of that they do not pass and they put you as absent. After this we get in touch and they tell us that on the 4th they will deliver it back to us (requesting a time slot so as not to miss the whole day “they cannot tell us the time slot or call us before going” ”in the end the same thing happens all day lost without anyone showing up. Today the 10th after being all morning I get in touch and it turns out that the package does not appear. When I should already be here ..... and if I don't call another day waiting without anyone notifying me. The package finally appears at 1:00 p.m. and instead of sending a courier they tell me no that it will have to be delivery another day. All this after 8 days of delay. And for more ..... the person in charge of telecommunications tells me what there is, to call or claim where I have to do it. But there is nothing to do ..... SINCE THEN INCOMPETENT AND USELESS THE WORKERS OF THAT COMPANY. Then we wonder that companies go bankrupt ......

I paid for a 24 hour express delivery paying five euros. They told me that I had to attend my job on my day off, the day the order would arrive and even though I called 24 hours in advance and the order had not even arrived at the warehouse, they refused to change my delivery address to the portal of next door and they did not let me put a collection point claiming that it is their policy and for my safety it is not possible. They told me that if I did it it would take a day or two more (I had paid a lot for 24 hours). To pick it up at the Nacex center in Fuenlabrada, I had to call at 8:00 in the morning at my work station so that they would please leave it there. My surprise and my complaint comes when I go to get him 20 minutes by car from my home (paying 5 euros and asking that he leave the neighbor) And the lady does not even ask me for my ID to pick him up. Where is my security there? How do you know that it is mine only by name and surname? It is a shame.

ZERO!! I don't put less because it won't let me. Liars and rude. But after reading the reviews, nothing surprises me. My order had to arrive on day 1, on day 2 they send me an SMS saying that they have passed by and there was no one, LIE! Then they tell me that it will not arrive until 9, I wait at home and nothing does not appear. I call the next day and they don't know where my package is, nor was it delivered. Conclusion I had to spend the 10th to pick it up at the office. But here the thing is not left, in the "office" if you can call it that ... Shouts of the workers and the one who attended me spent 10 minutes typing on the computer until finally she wanted to attend me. NEFASTO, REALLY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Avoid this courier company if you want a good service and specifically this delegation, their service is disastrous. Messengers don't even bother to call to drop off packages, customer service couldn't be worse. I have been trying to talk to them for 1 hour to see where my package was and I could not do it either. 3 times they have sent me something with this company and I have ended up going to the office myself with the consequent loss of money and time. Painful
