Unbeatable treatment and guidance with a final result on par. They sell a quality product and they know what they do. Absolutely satisfied with the purchase process and totally recommended for those who want to purchase a high quality sofa. Highlight the salesperson who guided us in the acquisition (Raúl), we cannot neglect or overlook the guys in charge of assembly and installation who were, at all times, careful and professional.

I read many 10 comments and unbeatable service. Well, our experience has been all the other way around. We ordered a sofa in late August that should have been delivered in mid-October. Well, the sofa arrived yesterday December 22. We have had to call us several times (and when I say several it is not one or two) in the last month, to ask about the sofa but all they told us was that there had been problems with the factory and they never returned our calls to give us more information. When we finally received the sofa yesterday we realized that it was not exactly what we had asked for. Nobody in 4 months has been able to tell us that the sofa could not be manufactured as it was sold to us. Obviously we have demanded that they return part of the money because, as I repeat, they have delivered a product that was not the one we had ordered. The "offer" they made us was 60 euros when the sofa is worth more than 1200 euros. Unfortunately we have not reached an agreement with them so we will return the product. In general, nefarious customer service and after sales from our point of view. And now they tell me that they have no record of what happened and send an email ... well, little word is left for these people. We will never step into a store again ok sofa.
