David's attention is perfect both technically and from a personal point of view since he empathizes with the needs of the clients, but fails both in the delivery and in the assembly since the staff is not his own.
Regardless of the amount of the purchase, the attention should always be the same and not conditioned by what the customer is going to spend.
Very against the fact that you charge in advance the entire purchase without being available, or on the client's floor and without stating your satisfaction.
I recommend not hiring their services if you do not agree to a final payment subject to the customer's agreement once the delivery and assembly has been made.
