Yes, it is true that you have to wait for them to attend you, but as in all banks. Depending on the reason why fences will take more or less time. Good service and attention from employees, both in person and by phone. Whenever I have gone they have helped me with the problem or question I had. What they should fix urgently are the ATMs, that whenever you go they are broken or something happens to them.

The worst bank by far, the treatment of staff towards customers is unfortunate, they treat you with superiority, zero empathy and no professionalism. I left the bank humiliated and ashamed. It is sad that such people are occupying a position facing the public. I think that the liberbank management would have to take action on the matter. The employees who attend you at the table, do not pay attention to you and make other arrangements that have nothing to do with you when they are at the table serving you. The director of that office should do a recycling course on attention and respect. I am looking forward to ending my banking relationship with them. And also wishing to renew the staff of that office.

APPALLING. I have an account in 2 banks (thank God none is this) but 2 times I have come here, OF SHAME THE TREAT AND THE WAIT. I hope they take it away or renew the staff for the sake of their customers.

They don't have enough tables or seats. Not only do you have to wait three centuries for them to serve you, but you also have to stand up and watch people look bad because they don't give up their seats. It took more than half an hour to attend to me and when I went to the table, they sent me to another. And another half hour more. And they sent me to another table because the lady I was attending wanted. He spent a few minutes without attending to anyone, and then called more people again. And my partner and I there, waiting and having to be overwhelmed because we had an appointment with the doctor. And that we went more than an hour and a half in advance. APPALLING.
