A horrible deal. I suppose they are very stressed about serving the public, but they are not forms. They serve customers as if they were plagued cattle. Clients with masks, respectful of queues and rules and are greeted with shouts and bad manners. Unpresentable. I was here this morning and it was embarrassing how we treated all the clients with the same bad manners and as if we were suckers.
They indicate a maximum capacity of 6 clients (COVID measure) and during my visit I have counted up to 10 people and in some cases without keeping distance
Without saying a word or any notice, they have begun to charge me € 12 / month for the maintenance of the account (€ 144 / year), the telephone ... and if that ...

The worst bank in history. Today I went to cancel my accounts. Do not steal me in the euro anymore, or waste my time, not a minute more in your ridiculous office where nobody attends and everyone looks at you with pride
